These Terms & Conditions govern your use of medbracelet.eu<\/a> and purchases from Datoff LLC, doing business as MedBracelet<\/strong> (\u201cMedBracelet,\u201d \u201cwe,\u201d \u201cus,\u201d or \u201cour\u201d). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.<\/p>\n

1. Eligibility and acceptable use<\/h3>\n

MedBracelet sells personalized medical identification jewellery. A bracelet may help communicate engraved information, but it is not a substitute for professional medical advice, a diagnosis, prescribed treatment, an emergency alert service, or direct communication with healthcare professionals. We do not guarantee that a responder or other person will notice, read, or act on a bracelet.<\/p>\n

Product images and colours may vary slightly by screen, lighting, and manufacturing. Measurements and descriptions are provided as accurately as reasonably possible.<\/p>\n

3. Personalization<\/h3>\n

You are responsible for checking spelling, medical wording, telephone numbers, and other personalization before submitting the order. We engrave the text supplied or approved by you and do not verify its medical accuracy. If you are unsure what to engrave, consult a qualified healthcare professional.<\/p>\n

4. Orders, prices, and payment<\/h3>\n

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, or cancel an order, including for suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, prohibited personalization, or inability to fulfil it. Prices, taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and currency are shown at checkout. Payment must be authorized before fulfilment.<\/p>\n

5. Production, shipping, and delivery<\/h3>\n

Production and delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Delays may occur because of personalization, carriers, customs, weather, incorrect addresses, or events outside our reasonable control. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for any import duties or taxes not collected at checkout.<\/p>\n

Personalized products are made to your specifications and may not qualify for a change-of-mind cancellation or withdrawal right.
