This policy explains our voluntary guarantee and does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.<\/p>\n<h3>Personalized bracelets<\/h3>\n<p>A bracelet engraved with a name, medication, medical condition, phone number, or other custom text is made to your specifications. Clearly personalized goods are generally excluded from the EU 14-day change-of-mind withdrawal right. This does not affect your rights when an item is faulty, damaged, or not as ordered.<\/p>\n<h3>90-day quality guarantee<\/h3>\n<p>Contact us within 90 days after delivery if your bracelet:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>arrives damaged or defective;<\/li>\n<li>contains an engraving error made by us;<\/li>\n<li>is materially different from the item you ordered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>After reviewing the order details and photographs, we will provide an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement, repair, price reduction, or refund. Where mandatory law gives you stronger rights, those rights apply.<\/p>\n<h3>Non-personalized items<\/h3>\n<p>Where applicable, unused non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days after delivery. Contact us before sending anything back. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Unless the item is faulty or we made an error, return shipping is the customer\u2019s responsibility.<\/p>\n<h3>Cancellations and engraving changes<\/h3>\n<p>Contact us immediately if you need to cancel or change an order.
