This Privacy Policy explains how Datoff LLC, doing business as MedBracelet (“MedBracelet,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit or purchase from medbracelet.eu (the “Site”).

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide when you place an order, personalize a product, create an account, contact support, or subscribe to communications. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, billing and shipping address, order details, and messages.

Personalization and health-related information. Text you choose to engrave may identify a medication, allergy, medical condition, emergency contact, or other health-related information. We process this information only at your direction to create, fulfil, and support your personalized order. We do not use engraving text to build advertising profiles. If you submit information about another person, you confirm that you are authorized to provide it.

We also collect limited technical and usage information automatically, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referral source, approximate location, language, currency, and cookie identifiers.

2. How we use information

• process payments and fulfil, engrave, ship, and support orders;
• send order, shipping, delivery, and service communications;
• provide customer support and handle returns;
• protect the Site, prevent fraud, and maintain security;
• measure and improve our Site, products, and advertising;
• meet legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations;

3. Legal bases for EEA and UK users

Depending on the activity, we rely on performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests, and consent. Where engraving text contains health-related information and applicable law requires additional permission, we process it based on your explicit request and consent for the purpose of producing the personalized item. You may withdraw consent for future processing, but this does not affect processing already performed or information we must retain by law.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. We do not store your full payment card number. Payment providers process payment and fraud-prevention information under their own privacy notices.

5. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We use necessary cookies for WordPress, WooCommerce, account, cart, checkout, language, and currency functions. With consent where required, analytics and advertising technologies may be used by providers such as Google and Meta to measure traffic, conversions, and advertising performance. 6. When we share information

We share information only as needed with service providers that help us operate the store, including hosting, WooCommerce services, payment processing, product personalization and production, shipping and tracking, email or SMS delivery, customer support, fraud prevention, analytics, and advertising. We retain order and transaction records for the periods required by tax, accounting, consumer-protection, and other applicable laws. Personalization information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the order, provide support, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type and jurisdiction.

8. International transfers

MedBracelet is operated from the United States and uses providers in multiple countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections approved by relevant authorities.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a portable copy of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising technologies may be treated as “sharing” or targeted advertising under certain laws; where applicable, you may opt out through our cookie controls or by contacting us.
