Data Security Statement
MedBracelet recognizes that order and engraving information may be sensitive. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure.
How we protect information
- encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections across the Site;
- payment processing through established providers such as Stripe; MedBracelet does not store full payment card numbers;
- role-based access and limited staff access to customer and order information;
- security updates, monitoring, backups, and anti-fraud controls;
- sharing with production, fulfilment, shipping, and support providers only as needed to deliver the service;
- retention practices designed to avoid keeping personalization data longer than reasonably necessary.
Medical engraving information
Medication, allergy, condition, emergency-contact, or other health-related text is processed at your direction to create and support the bracelet. We do not use engraving text to create advertising audiences.
Your role
Keep account credentials private, use a strong unique password, and contact us promptly if you believe your account, order, or personal information has been compromised.
No system is risk-free
No method of internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed completely secure. If we become aware of a personal-data incident, we will investigate and provide notices where required by applicable law.
